The nippon foundation (nf) and the partnership for observation of the global ocean (pogo) 2020 shipboard training onboard the gulf of guinea cruise.
As part of the POGO-supported project Acquisition of Oceanographic Data for Sustainable Resources Management in the Gulf of Guinea, two cruises will sample diverse parameters such as salinity, temperature, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll a, pH, current speed and direction, nutrients, bottom sediment and meteorological data in an offshore transect from Lagos into the Gulf of Guinea with ten (10) stations.
