To establish fishing grounds in the artisanal and industrial fisheries sub-sector.
To evaluate and establish deterrent levels for marine mammals interacting with fishing gear using acoustics.
To research and develop safety protocols for fishing operations
Train and Retraining Deep Sea and Ocean Capture Fisheries Captains/ Skippers, Officers and Seamen / Fishermen
Work within SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, STCWF TORRIMOLINOS Fishing, ILO and FAO instruments and Conventions to train and retain sea going personnel in the area of Marine Safety and Operations
